Requested RP Character:Younger sister for Chelsea
Why:Both Chelsea and her sister come from a home that is....less than ideal and Chelsea is worried about her well being. Sort of taking the big sister role very seriously.
Other Information: I imagine the sis to be between 11 and 14. She takes the horror at home differently than her big sis, often standing up to her father without really knowing why. All of this is subject to change however, if you have some ideas
